The Process Intelligence platform calculates the value of process automation and optimization with continuous business process insights through intelligent automation. It delivers automation recommendations by highlighting value and targeting areas for increased efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience.

This course is broken into the following lessons:

• Process Intelligence – This lesson introduces and gives the benefits to Process Intelligence
   
• Dashboard – This lesson introduces the Process Intelligence Dashboard while highlighting the difference between the left and right sections.
   
• Business Process Visualization – This lesson will cover the Process Analysis and Business Process Visualization components of the Process Intelligence platform.
   
• Data Management – This lesson will cover the Data Management side of the Process Intelligence platform.

This course will take 45 minutes or less to complete.
