Worksoft Certify for Modern Web Applications 2.0

The Worksoft Certify for Modern Web Applications course focuses on advanced Worksoft Certify techniques for HTML-based applications. Discover best practices specifically designed for the Web. Through a series of interactive lessons and demonstrations, you will extend the skills developed in the Introduction to Worksoft Certify Automation course.

This course is divided into the following lessons:

  • Introduction to Worksoft Certify for Modern Web Applications – The lesson was designed to give you general information on what to expect before taking the course, while taking the course, and after taking the course.
     
  • Getting Started with Worksoft Certify for Modern Web Applications – In this lesson, you will develop a plan to build our processes for the Worksoft Store Sample Application Advanced Order Form.
     
  • Certify Capture & LiveTouch with Modern Web Applications – This lesson will cover how to use Certify Capture and LiveTouch and explain the differences between Certify Capture and LiveTouch.
     
  • Creating Process Folders and Processes – This lesson will cover creating process folders and processes for building automation for web applications.
     
  • Changing an Objects Findby Attributes and Editing the Review Process – This lesson will cover how to Change an Object's Findby Attributes During Execution and creating a child process that will loop through the recordset.
     
  • Creating the Child Process and Editing Objects – This lesson will cover how to create looping through a recordset, demonstrate how to edit attributes associated with an object, and use the set attribute action to revise the child process.
     
  • Updating the Review Process and Creating the Confirm Process – This lesson will cover how to Change an Object's Findby Attributes During Execution and creating a child process that will loop through the recordset.
     
  • Creating Utilities, Negative Tests, and Review the End-to-End Process – This lesson will cover how to create a utility that can close applications and create negative tests.
     
  • Configuration Manager and Rules – This lesson will cover the how-to-use the configuration manager and create configuration rules.
     
  • What are XF Definitions? – This lesson will cover the Web Extensibility Framework (XF) definitions. Certify eXtensibility Framework (XF) definitions are a set of object recognition properties and object relationship definitions that specify how the Certify Cross-Browser web engine recognizes, locates, and interacts with complex web UI objects in web applications.
     
  • Additional Information – This lesson will cover additional information and resources useful for working with Worksoft Certify.


This course will take 2 hours or less to complete.
