This course was designed to introduce you to Business Process Procedure, also known as BPP. BPP automatically generates comprehensive business process documentation for development, quality assurance, staff training and compliance needs. These reports provide a complete audit trail of the business process validation activities.

The beginning of the course provides general information about BPP. To see the BPP tool, you will review various BPP procedures.  

At the conclusion of this course you’ll be able to:

• State the purpose of BPP.
• Understand the benefits of BPP.
• Explain how to use BPP.
• Identify how to navigate BPP.
• Execute the procedures necessary to Create, Schedule and Add Processes to Requests.

This course will take 60 minutes or less to complete.
